Tasting notes

Bas Armagnac, beautiful dark amber, bright and beautiful clarity. The nose is complex with aromas of dried fruits and toasted almonds, we can also detect the fresh banana and cinnamon. The palate is round and warm as on the kernel but cooler with some wooded peak, and a hint of rancid. A tip cools the final bitterness.
