Tasting notes

Bas Armagnac old gold color with yellow and orange tones. The armagnac is very clear and bright. On the nose are revealed pastry notes of biscuit and toast. Thereafter we distinguish the slight vanilla fig. The palate has a nice range, the attack is rather soft for its age and well balanced, include roasted tones and licorice. The finish is on the sugar with some caramel notes.
